• Erica's current roll is Branch Leader.  Pior to this roll, she  served as a bank manager for large and small companies in the Odessa, Midland area. Erica developed genuine care for customers and by doing so, she would build a rapport with the customer to enable them to reach their financial goals.
   

• Erica has a passion to help people achieve their dreams.  Erica have been working in the financial industry for over 15 years in Odessa, Texas. She assisted customers in starting a small business and help build a relationship with the bank and to provide guidelines in growing their business to secure their financial future.

• Erica provides service to customers on the retail and business lending side. Being a Branch Leader for Truist has allowed Erica to grow in her career and bring her closer to the community. Erica feels giving back to the community is giving back to yourself. Erica has a service spirit and it brings her joy when she can go further and solve their financial needs.

• Erica has a Bachelor of Arts in Multidisciplinary studies degree from UTPB and a minor in Biology. Erica continues her education in billing and coding and received her Notary and NMLS.

• Outside the office, Erica spends her time working at the YMCA in fitness department and participating in health kid’s day. Erica is part of the Hispanic Heritage of Odessa and helps the community in making a difference. Erica enjoys helping at The Well, Keep Odessa Beautiful and Adinvita: School of Design Thinking.
