Professional Experience

• Dileep is a Texas-licensed attorney with admittance to practice before the USPTO. Dileep has significant engineering experience before practicing law.  Upon completing his biomedical engineering degree at Northwestern University, he held multiple technical and commercial roles in the chemical and refining sectors.
   

• Dileep’s experience includes designing and implementing engineered pumping applications, systems design, and control systems engineering.  He completed an executive MBA program at Louisiana State University.  Upon completing his MBA, Dileep held multiple business development, marketing, and sales positions. Dileep then completed his JD at the University of Houston Law Center.

• Dileep now enjoys practicing exclusively in intellectual property law -- he leverages his business and engineering experience to custom tailor intellectual property strategies for the business needs of his clients. He is an advisor to the TMCx incubator to help medical device startups get off the ground.
